Each 2 tablespoon serving is about 100 calories and 10g fat from olive oil, so a generous pour adds up quickly even though the fat itself is the good kind. (source)
The honest take
This is a genuinely clean bottle of vinaigrette: organic extra virgin olive oil, apple cider vinegar, water, and honey, with garlic, onion, coconut liquid aminos, black pepper, and a touch of xanthan gum, and nothing else. There are no seed oils, no gums beyond xanthan, and sodium is remarkably low at just 25mg per 2 tablespoons, which is rare for a dressing. The catch is that all that olive oil means about 100 calories and 10g of fat per serving, so a heavy pour adds up fast, and the formula includes honey and coconut blossom nectar as sweetening ingredients. It is also getting hard to find since Bragg lists it as no longer sold on its own site, so availability is spotty. Bragg is the apple cider vinegar I actually keep on the counter, raw and with the mother intact. It is a simple pantry staple for dressings and a splash in water. It is sharp and acidic, so go easy on the teeth and the straight shots.
