The catch

It is still a puffed corn snack with just 2g protein and 1g fiber per 28g serving, so the organic label does not make it filling or nutrient dense. (source)

The honest take

Space Balls are LesserEvil's take on the cheese puff, made with organic milled corn and cooked in organic avocado and coconut oil instead of seed oils, which is the main reason a clean eater would reach for them. A 28g serving of about 40 balls runs 130 calories, 200mg sodium, and just 2g protein with 1g fiber, so this is a cleaner junk food rather than a nutritious one. The organic cheddar and the short, recognizable ingredient list are genuinely nice, but it is still a puffed corn snack that will not keep you full.
