Nutritionally it is clean, with 0g sugar and only 90mg sodium per tablespoon, and it carries USDA Organic and Non GMO Project Verified seals plus Certified Humane eggs. The honest caveat is that it is 100 calories and 11g of fat per tablespoon like almost any real mayo, and the base is sunflower oil, a seed oil high in omega 6. For anyone not avoiding seed oils, it is one of the better made conventional style mayos on the shelf.
