The honest take

This is a genuinely clean mayo built on avocado oil instead of the soybean or canola oil most jars use, with a short ingredient list of just avocado oil, organic vinegar, organic eggs and egg yolks, salt, and rosemary and mustard seed extracts. There is no added sugar and zero grams of it per serving, which is the main reason a seed oil avoiding or Whole30 shopper reaches for it. Just remember it is still real mayo at 100 calories and 11 grams of fat per tablespoon, so it is a quality upgrade, not a diet food. The flavor is milder and tangier than a sugar sweetened supermarket mayo, so it wins on ingredients rather than on being lighter.
