The catch

It slashes sodium to 5mg but does nothing about sugar, still 4g added sugar per 1 tablespoon serving, and it uses potassium chloride which matters if you restrict potassium. (source)

The honest take

This is regular Heinz with the salt swapped out for potassium chloride, which drops sodium from about 180mg down to just 5mg per tablespoon, roughly 96 percent less. That is a genuinely useful win if you are watching blood pressure or on a sodium restricted diet, and the flavor stays close to the original thick and tangy ketchup. The catch is that only the salt changed, so you are still getting 4g of added sugar in every tablespoon and about a quarter of the bottle by weight is sugar. If your goal is cutting sugar rather than sodium, this does nothing for you.
