The catch

Saturated fat is on the higher side, one to save for now and then rather than every day. (source)

The honest take

It is high in fiber, which most of us fall short on. The label lists 9g protein, 380 calories, 55mg sodium per 1 bar (94 g).

Here is the tradeoff. It is high in saturated fat, so treat it as an occasional choice rather than an everyday staple.
