The honest take

This is a KIND snack bar built around sunflower seeds, almonds, peanuts and pumpkin seeds, and one 40g bar gives you 6g of fiber for 190 calories. The seeds and nuts are real, but the fiber is boosted by added chicory root, and the bar leans on 5g of added sugar from cane sugar, honey and glucose syrup plus a little palm kernel oil, so it sits closer to a lightly sweetened snack than a plain handful of seeds. Sodium is genuinely low at 35mg, and it is gluten free and Non GMO Project verified. If you want fiber and crunch on the go it works, just do not mistake it for a no sugar option.
