San J's organic tamari is about as clean as a soy sauce gets, just water, organic soybeans, salt, and a touch of organic alcohol to keep it fresh, with no wheat and no seed oils. Because it is brewed from 100 percent soybeans it carries 2 grams of protein and only 10 calories per tablespoon, and it skips the added sugar and caramel color you find in many cheaper bottles.
