The catch

Despite the almond flour name, tapioca and cassava starch are the next two ingredients, so a 17 cracker serving still carries 17g of carbs with just 3g of protein. (source)

The honest take

These are a genuinely clean cracker, built from an almond, sunflower and flax seed flour blend with 0g of sugar and no grain, gluten or corn. The catch is that the name oversells the almond part, because tapioca and cassava starch sit right behind the nut blend and push each 17 cracker serving to 17g of carbs with only 3g of protein and 2g of fiber. If you want a snappy, allergy friendly cracker for hummus or cheese they deliver, but they are a starchy vehicle, not a low carb or high protein food. They also lean on organic sunflower oil, which matters if you are actively avoiding seed oils.
