Brami is real Italian durum wheat pasta with whole milled lupini beans blended in, just two ingredients and nothing else on the label. At 12g protein and 5g fiber per 2 ounce dry serving it edges out standard semolina pasta, which usually sits near 7g protein, so the boost is real but modest. What sets it apart is the clean panel with 0g added sugar, no gums, no starches, and no protein isolates.
