Justin's Honey Peanut Butter is a sweetened spread rather than a purist one. A 2 tablespoon serving gives you 7g of protein and 210 calories, which is standard for peanut butter, but it also carries 3g of added sugar from both organic honey and organic cane sugar, plus a little palm oil for texture. If you want a peanut butter that tastes like a treat on toast it does that well, but if your goal is the cleanest possible label you can find jars that are just peanuts and salt.
