Almond Butter Dark chocolate bar

This is KIND's bigger protein version, delivering 12g of protein and 7g of fiber in a 230 calorie bar, which makes it genuinely filling. The catch is that the almond butter branding oversells it, since almonds lead the list but soy protein isolate, palm kernel oil, and palm oil follow close behind, and only about 6g of that protein actually comes from nuts. It does keep added sugars reasonable at 5g and sodium low at 110mg, so it works as a satisfying dark chocolate protein snack, just not the whole food purist bar the packaging suggests.
