The catch is that the sweetness and the 9 grams of fiber are engineered from allulose, chicory inulin, and tapioca fiber rather than whole food, so it reads more like a formulated protein bar than a handful of nuts. It also carries 5 grams of saturated fat, mostly from palm kernel oil. If you want a filling, low sugar, dairy free protein hit for busy mornings or after a workout it does the job, but it is ultra processed.
