Lily's Peach Rings are a no sugar added spin on the classic chewy candy, sweetened with allulose, erythritol and stevia instead of corn syrup, so a whole 51g package lands at just 60 calories with under 1g of sugar and 1g net carbs. Most of the 42g of total carbohydrate is bulk fiber and sugar substitutes, 25g of soluble corn fiber plus 5g sugar alcohol and 11g allulose, which is exactly why the sugar stays low but the candy can be rough on your gut. If you want the peach ring texture without the sugar spike this is one of the cleaner swaps, but it is still a processed candy and not a health food.
