OLIPOP Classic Root Beer is a prebiotic soda that tastes like real root beer while carrying just 3g of sugar and 40 calories per 12 fl oz can, compared with roughly 40g of sugar in a standard root beer. It gets there with cassava root syrup and stevia leaf instead of high fructose corn syrup, and it packs in 9g of fiber from a chicory and inulin blend. For a health minded shopper this is a genuinely better swap than conventional soda, and the ingredient list is all plant based with no artificial sweeteners. Just know it is still a processed functional drink rather than a whole food, and 9g of added fiber is a lot if your gut is sensitive.
