This is Olipop's citrus and green tea take on a Mountain Dew style soda, and it now ships under the name Citrus Rush, so do not be surprised if the can does not say Ridge Rush. Each 12 ounce can lands at 50 calories with just 4 grams of total sugar and 1 gram added, sweetened mostly with stevia and a splash of fruit juice, plus 60mg of caffeine from green tea. The headline feature is 9 grams of prebiotic fiber from chicory root and cassava, which is a real reason a health minded shopper reaches for it over a 46 gram sugar regular soda. It is still a processed drink built on added fiber and juice concentrates rather than a whole food, so treat it as a smarter soda, not a health tonic.
