Each 12 ounce can lands at 50 calories with just 4 grams of total sugar and 1 gram added, sweetened mostly with stevia and a splash of fruit juice, plus 60mg of caffeine from green tea. The headline feature is 9 grams of prebiotic fiber from chicory root and cassava, which is a real reason a health minded shopper reaches for it over a 46 gram sugar regular soda. It is still a processed drink built on added fiber and juice concentrates rather than a whole food, so treat it as a smarter soda, not a health tonic.
