The honest take

This is a prebiotic soda built to taste like lemon lime pop while carrying just 4g of total sugar and 40 calories a can, versus roughly 39g of sugar in a regular Sprite. It gets there with 9g of added prebiotic fiber from chicory root and inulin plus a touch of stevia, so it is a genuine swap if you are trying to cut soda sugar without going fully sparkling water. The ingredient list is clean of seed oils and artificial sweeteners, but it is still an engineered drink rather than whole food, and the isolated fibers are the reason some people feel bloated after a can. Reach for it as a treat, not as your fiber plan.
