The honest take

This is a prebiotic soda that swaps traditional sugar for a mix of cassava syrup, fruit juice, and stevia leaf, landing at just 45 calories and 5g total sugars per 12 oz can with only 1g of that added. What you are really paying for is the 9g of fiber, which comes from added prebiotic sources like chicory root inulin and cassava root fiber rather than whole food, so treat it as a lower sugar treat and not a fiber supplement. Sodium is a non issue at 30mg, and the ingredient list is clean with no artificial sweeteners or seed oils. At roughly 3 dollars a can it is a pricey pour, but for a soda craving it is one of the more honest options on the shelf.
