This is a clean, short ingredient granola built on organic gluten free oats, coconut sugar, coconut oil, and seeds like sunflower, chia, amaranth, and quinoa, with nothing artificial and no refined seed oils. Purely Elizabeth granola is the one I sprinkle on yogurt when I want texture without a sugar bomb. Clean grains and seeds, genuinely good flavor. Granola is still calorie dense though, so I measure a portion instead of pouring by eye.
