This is a clean, short ingredient granola built on organic gluten free oats, coconut sugar, coconut oil, and seeds like sunflower, chia, amaranth, and quinoa, with nothing artificial and no refined seed oils. It is genuinely less processed than most bagged granola, but it is not a low sugar food, since a small 30g serving still carries 6 to 7g of added sugar from coconut sugar. The coconut oil also pushes saturated fat to 3.5g, about 18 percent of a day, which is high for a cereal. Purely Elizabeth granola is the one I sprinkle on yogurt when I want texture without a sugar bomb. Clean grains and seeds, genuinely good flavor. Granola is still calorie dense though, so I measure a portion instead of pouring by eye.
