The honest take

This is one of the original soy based protein bars, and it delivers on the headline promise with 20g of protein per 68g bar. The trouble is everything wrapped around that protein. A single bar also carries about 16g of sugar and 6g of saturated fat from palm kernel oil, which lands it closer to a candy bar than a clean recovery snack. If you want the protein and do not mind the sweetness it works as an occasional post workout option, but it is not an everyday clean eating pick.
