All 7 grams of sugar are added sugar, and they come from a stack of organic syrups, brown rice syrup, tapioca syrup, invert cane syrup, plus molasses, so sugar is effectively the leading component by volume. With only 4 grams of protein it is a carb first snack for a quick energy lift, not a protein bar and not a low sugar treat. If you want a small organic non GMO nibble before a walk or a workout it fits, but health minded shoppers watching sugar have leaner options.
