The honest take

This is a soft baked organic oat bar built for kids lunchboxes, and the base is genuinely wholesome, with organic rolled oats and 12 grams of whole grains per 36 gram bar. The catch is that it leans sweet, packing 11 grams of total sugars and 8 grams of added sugar, which is 16 percent of the daily value in one small bar, and the label reads more like a cookie than a snack once you notice that tapioca syrup, fig paste, cane sugar, invert cane syrup, molasses and honey all appear as sweeteners. It gives you almost no staying power at just 2 grams of protein and 2 grams of fiber, so it burns off fast. A fair pick as an organic treat you feel okay about, but not the low sugar energy bar the packaging suggests.
