KIND Breakfast Probiotics Orange Cranberry is a soft whole grain bar built on oats and a bacillus coagulans probiotic, and each two bar serving lands at 200 calories with 4 grams of fiber and just 3 grams of protein. The whole grain base, low 105 mg sodium and included probiotic are genuine pluses, but this reads more like a lightly sweetened granola bar than a functional health food, with 10 grams of sugar and canola oil sitting fourth on the ingredient list. If you want the fiber and the probiotic you do get them, just do not expect it to keep you full the way a protein bar would.
