Breakfast Protein Dark Chocolate Cocoa

This is a soft baked whole grain breakfast bar built on five grains like oats, buckwheat, millet, amaranth and quinoa, with soy protein isolate added for a little staying power. The protein branding oversells it though, since a full serving is two bars at 210 calories and delivers just 8 grams of protein alongside 9 grams of added sugar. The ingredient list is clean and recognizable, but tapioca syrup is the second ingredient and canola oil is the third, so it reads more like a lightly sweetened granola bar than a real protein bar. For a health minded shopper it works fine as a portable whole grain snack, just not as a protein source.
