The clean label is the real draw, but nutritionally it is a small 24g bar with just 100 calories, 2g protein, and 1g fiber, so it is a snack rather than something that keeps you full. The sweetness comes from a stack of added sugars including agave syrup, brown rice syrup, invert cane syrup, and the cane sugar in the chocolate chips, totaling 6g of added sugar. The much hyped vegetable extracts are present in trace amounts and do not add meaningful nutrition, so treat this as a modest organic treat, not a health food.
