What sets it apart is 9 grams of fiber per can from added prebiotics like chicory root and Jerusalem artichoke inulin plus cassava root fiber, which is why a health minded shopper looking to cut soda might reach for it. It tastes like cola and keeps calories to 50 per can, but the fiber is added rather than from whole food, and 50mg of caffeine from green tea means it is not caffeine free. If you just want a lower sugar cola swap it delivers, though it is not a substitute for fiber from real food.
