The honest take

This is Purely Elizabeth's flagship organic granola built on gluten free oats, coconut sugar, coconut oil, sunflower seeds, and ancient grains like amaranth and quinoa. It is a genuinely clean label with no seed oils and no synthetic junk, but it is still a treat more than a health food, since all 6 grams of sugar in a 30 gram serving are added coconut sugar and you only get 3 grams of protein and 2 grams of fiber. A health minded shopper reaches for it because the ingredient list is short and organic, not because it fills you up or keeps sugar low. If you want staying power you will want to pair it with Greek yogurt rather than eat it alone.
