This is a grain free take on enchiladas that swaps the corn tortilla for a chicken and parmesan wrap, which is how it lands 31g of protein and only 9g of carbs per serving. If you are eating low carb or keto and want a real freezer meal that keeps you full, it does the job honestly and skips added sugar entirely. For a tray you microwave in five minutes, 31 grams of protein at 240 calories is genuinely hard to beat. The catch is real though. 1,230mg of sodium is more than half a day, so I keep these for a training day, not an everyday lunch. Great macros, just respect the salt.
