The honest take

This is a just add water, gluten free pancake and waffle mix built on brown rice flour, potato starch, almond flour and cassava starch, with small amounts of sweet potato, carrot and zucchini powder plus a little cane sugar and cinnamon. It is a reasonable everyday swap because a 1/4 cup dry serving runs about 130 calories with only 4g total sugar and 2g added sugar, and there are no seed oils in the bag since you add your own water. The catch for health minded shoppers is that the veggie boost is mostly marketing, the powders sit low on the list and you still only get 1g fiber and 2g protein per serving. Treat it as a lighter comfort food pancake rather than a nutrition upgrade.
