This is FAGE's lactose free take on strained Greek yogurt, and the ingredient list stays refreshingly short at just milk, cream, live cultures, and a lactase enzyme that splits the lactose so sensitive stomachs can handle it. One 3/4 cup serving delivers 17g of protein for 120 calories with zero added sugar, and the 6g of sugar you see is naturally occurring milk sugar, not anything poured in. There are no sweeteners, no thickeners, no seed oils, and no preservatives, which is exactly what you want from a plain yogurt. The honest wrinkle is that nutritionally it is nearly a twin of regular FAGE Total 2 percent plain, so the real reason to pick this one is the lactose free enzyme, not better macros.
