The catch

The cream brings 6g of saturated fat per 3/4 cup, roughly 30 percent of the FDA 20g daily limit, which is the only macro working against it. (source)

The honest take

This is about as clean as packaged food gets. The full ingredient statement is Grade A pasteurized skimmed milk and cream plus five live cultures, with nothing added, and a 3/4 cup serving delivers 15g of protein for 160 calories with only 5g of naturally occurring lactose and zero added sugar. The straining makes it thick and genuinely filling, and at 60mg of sodium it is barely a rounding error on your daily total. The one thing to know is that the whole milk cream brings 6g of saturated fat, so if your goal is maximum protein per calorie the nonfat 0% version does that job better.
