The honest take

This is KIND's fiber boosted nut bar, built on almonds, pecans, and cashews with real blueberry pieces and a hit of honey, glucose, and sugar. One 40g bar runs 190 calories with 5g of fiber, 9g of sugar, and only 20mg of sodium, so it eats like a genuine whole nut snack rather than a candy bar. The catch worth knowing is that most of the fiber comes from added chicory root fiber (inulin), not from the nuts alone, which is why the count looks higher than a plain nut bar. If you want nuts and a little fruit without a sodium bomb, it holds up honestly.
