You get 7g fiber and 6g protein for 190 calories, which makes it a reasonable pick when you want something that tastes like dessert without a big sugar hit. Worth knowing that much of that fiber comes from added chicory root fiber, the third ingredient, and the salted caramel and chocolate coating leans on palm kernel oil.
