The catch

The 10g protein is only about 5g more than plain oats, and it comes at roughly double the price of standard rolled oats near 0.60 dollars per serving, plus it contains whey so it is not vegan. (source)

The honest take

This is plain rolled oats with pea protein and whey crisps stirred in, so one half cup dry serving lands at 190 calories with 10g protein, 5g fiber, and just 1g sugar with no added sugar. The ingredient list is genuinely short and clean, no seed oils, no sweeteners, no preservatives, and the protein bump takes standard oats from around 5g to 10g. The honest question is whether that extra 5g of protein is worth roughly double the price of plain oats, since a scoop of your own protein powder would get you there for less. If you want the convenience of not measuring anything and you eat dairy, it is a reasonable pantry staple.
