The honest take

Magic Spoon rebuilt a fruity kids cereal around a milk protein blend, so one serving gives you 13 grams of protein for 150 calories with 0 grams of sugar, sweetened with monk fruit and allulose instead of cane sugar. For a health minded shopper chasing protein and steadier blood sugar it is a real step up from most boxed cereals, but the fats come from sunflower and avocado oil and it is still a highly processed food. Think of it as a treat leaning breakfast that happens to be high in protein, not a whole food.
