Poppi Classic Cola is sparkling water sweetened mostly with organic cane sugar plus a touch of stevia, landing at 35 calories and 5g of sugar per 12 ounce can, versus roughly 39g of sugar in a regular cola. The prebiotic angle comes from 3g of fiber from cassava root and agave inulin, which is a nice bonus but modest, not a real gut health fix.
