The honest take

This is a lightly sweetened sparkling soda built around apple cider vinegar and a little added fiber, and at 30 calories and 5 grams of total sugar a 12 ounce can it is a genuine step down from classic soda that runs closer to 40 grams. The 3 grams of fiber come from cassava root fiber and agave inulin, and the sweetness is a blend of organic cane sugar, apple juice concentrate, and stevia. It is a fair everyday swap if you want fizz and flavor without a big sugar load, but the prebiotic framing does more marketing work than the 3 grams of fiber can back up, so treat it as a better soda and not a gut health supplement.

Poppi does the prebiotic soda thing well and the flavors are bright. I rate it a notch below the fizz-forward competitors only because the apple cider vinegar dose is small, so treat it as a low-sugar soda you feel good about, not a gut-health cure. Great everyday swap.
