The honest take

This is regular Quaker instant oatmeal with the sweetened flavors dialed back, using a little sugar plus monk fruit extract instead of a heavy sugar load. A packet runs about 110 to 120 calories with 4g of added sugar and 3g of fiber, which is a real step down from the roughly 12g of sugar in the regular flavored packets. It is made from 100 percent whole grain oats with a short ingredient list and no artificial sweeteners, so it works as a fast, warm pantry breakfast. Just know the packets are small and light on protein at 3 to 4g, so most people will want to add nuts, seeds, or milk to stay full.
