The honest take

This is about as clean as a packaged snack gets: the ingredient list is just pistachios and sea salt, with 6 grams of plant protein and 3 grams of fiber in a 28 gram serving, and zero added sugar. For a health minded shopper the only real thing to watch is sodium, since the sea salt adds 135mg per serving and portions creep up fast once you start cracking shells. If you want the nut without the salt, Wonderful makes a No Salt version that is otherwise identical.
