The honest take

This is one of the few Nature Valley bars where roasted peanuts, not oats, top the ingredient list, so it delivers real peanut flavor and a satisfying crunch under a peanut butter coating. The honest catch is that it eats more like candy than a health food. All 7g of total sugar per bar is added sugar, corn syrup sits second on the label, and you get only 3g protein and 1g fiber for 160 calories. If you love peanuts and know you are buying a treat, it is fine now and then, but it is not the wholesome bar the packaging suggests.
