The catch

For a bar that leads with peanuts, the second and third ingredients are corn syrup and sugar, and you still get only 3 grams of protein and 1 gram of fiber per 160 calorie bar. (source)

The honest take

This is a peanut forward granola bar where roasted peanuts really do lead the ingredient list, but corn syrup and sugar come right after and add up to 6 grams of added sugar in a small 34 gram bar. You get 160 calories, 140 mg sodium, just 3 grams of protein, and only 1 gram of fiber, so despite the nuts it eats more like a sweet crunchy treat than real fuel. It is ultra processed and built on palm kernel oil plus canola or sunflower oil, which matters if you watch seed oils. Fine as an occasional snack, not a bar that will keep you full.
