The honest take

This is a chewy peanut bar dipped in a peanut and almond butter coating, and it eats more like a light candy bar than a health snack. Corn syrup is the second ingredient ahead of the oats, and all 7g of sugar in a bar is added sugar, while you get only 3g of protein and 1g of fiber back for 160 calories. The peanuts are real and there is no high fructose corn syrup or artificial color, but between the corn syrup, fructose, palm kernel oil and canola oil this is still an ultra processed sweet. Fine as an occasional grab and go treat, not something I would lean on for steady energy.
