The honest take

This is a chewy oat bar loaded with cashews and dipped in a cashew and almond butter coating, and it tastes closer to a candy bar than a health snack. Each 35g bar carries 8g of added sugar from a stack of sweeteners including corn syrup, sugar, fructose, and tapioca syrup, while giving you just 2g of protein and 1g of fiber, so it does little to keep you full. The oil list leans on palm kernel oil plus safflower, canola, and sunflower oil, and General Mills notes it contains bioengineered ingredients. If you want a sweet, salty, portable treat it delivers, but a health minded shopper looking for staying power will do better with a higher protein, lower sugar bar.
