The honest take

poppi is a sparkling apple cider vinegar soda sweetened with a small amount of organic cane sugar plus stevia, and at 30 calories with just 4g of added sugar per can it sits far below a regular cola. Each can carries about 3g of fiber from cassava root and agave inulin, which is real but modest, so it works better as a lighter fizzy drink than as a gut health supplement. If you are trading down from a 39g sugar soda it is an easy upgrade, but the prebiotic dose is small enough that you should not count on one can to change your digestion.
