What you are really buying is food engineering, since the sweetness comes from sucralose, stevia, and 5g of erythritol, and the soft chew relies on isolated fibers like soluble corn fiber and polydextrose that push it to 13g of fiber. If you want a filling, low sugar protein hit and you do not mind an ultra processed ingredient list, it delivers. If you are chasing whole food snacks or your gut reacts to sugar alcohols and isolated fiber, this is not that.
