The honest take

Chobani Vanilla Blended is a nonfat Greek yogurt that packs 12g of protein into a 110 calorie single cup, which is a genuinely good protein to calorie ratio for a grab and go snack. The real catch is 9g of added sugar from cane sugar, so a product marketed as better for you still spends close to a fifth of your daily sugar allowance. The rest of the label is clean, just cultured nonfat milk, cane sugar, water, pectin, gums, natural flavors and real vanilla extract, with no artificial sweeteners. If you want the protein without the sugar, plain Chobani with your own fruit gets you most of the way there.
