The honest take

This is Bob's Red Mill Old Country Style Muesli, a raw mix of whole grain wheat, rye, barley, triticale and oats with dates, raisins, sunflower seeds, flaxseed, almonds and walnuts. What stands out for a health minded shopper is that the 5g of sugar per quarter cup serving comes entirely from the dried fruit, with 0g added sugar and no cane sugar, honey or syrups. You also get 4g fiber and 4g protein with basically no sodium, so it is a genuinely minimally processed pantry base you can eat cold, soak overnight or cook. The main reasons to pass are that it leans on gluten grains and the serving size is small, so read the label before you assume the numbers match your real bowl.
