The honest take

This is Chobani's non fat vanilla blended Greek yogurt from the 32 oz tub, and it earns its shelf space on protein: a 3/4 cup serving gives you 14g of protein for just 130 calories and 0g fat. The catch is that it is sweetened, with 16g total sugar of which 11g is added cane sugar, so it eats into a day's added sugar budget faster than plain yogurt would. The ingredient list is short and clean, with no seed oils, no sugar alcohols, and no artificial sweeteners, just milk, cane sugar, water, pectin, gums, natural flavors and vanilla extract. If you want the thick high protein base without the added sugar, the plain version does the same job and lets you sweeten it yourself.
