The catch

Albacore runs higher in mercury than canned light tuna, so the FDA rates it a once a week choice, and each can also carries 360mg of sodium. (source)

The honest take

This is about as simple as pantry protein gets, with 30g of protein in a drained can for roughly 130 calories and 1g of fat. StarKist packs it in water and it carries a Non GMO Project verified seal plus a gluten free claim, so there is no added sugar and nothing exotic in the can. The real thing to watch is sodium at 360mg per can and the fact that albacore (white) tuna runs higher in mercury than canned light tuna, so it is a lean everyday protein for most people but one you eat in moderation rather than daily.
